Your Tasks

  • New customer acquisition in the areas of healthcare, smart devices, IOT 
  • Customer Success Management: Existing customer management and maintenance 
  • First-level support for existing customer projects and forwarding of tickets to the appropriate departments 
  • Coordination and close collaboration with internal project management, product development and data/research departments 
  • Active customer feedback management with the product development and data/research departments 
  • Market and potential analysis for the strategic expansion of the current product portfolio by identifying market-specific customer needs, potentials and trends 
  • Close exchange with the marketing department to create case studies 

Your Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, communication, health management 
  • Possibly first experience in the pharmaceutical sector, sales in health management/wellness 
  • Ideally experience in B2B sales of software solutions 
  • Competent and engaging appearance, tactfulness in dealing with customers, confident communication and presentation skills in German and English 
  • Enthusiasm for innovative topics and technological trends in the field of AI, of course lateral entrants are also welcome 
  • Pleasure in internal communication with other departments
  • High level of commitment, customer orientation and negotiation skills
  • Interest in working with CRM tools (Zoho)
