Your Tasks
You take over the IT support in all tasks of the daily operation:
- Setting up work computers for new colleagues (system installation)
- Connecting and managing IT systems
- First level support
- Help desk via ticket system
- Remote desktop support
Your Profile
- You are a registered student
- You have some knowledge of different operating systems such as Windows and Linux (Ubuntu)
- You already have some experience in networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- You have a good command of German and English
- You have a result-oriented and independent way of working
