Your Tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of our sales team
  • Conception, development and optimisation of our sales structure for the acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
  • Market and potential analyses for the strategic expansion of the current product portfolio by identifying market-specific customer needs, potentials and trends
  • Identification and implementation of new strategies to generate leads
  • Support of existing customers as well as active management of customer feedback with the product development and data/research departments

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in international B2B sales of software solutions
  • Experience in structuring and developing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
  • Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for technical contexts and products
  • Confident and authoritative appearance, tactfulness in dealing with customers, confident communication and presentation in German and English
  • High level of commitment, customer orientation and negotiating skills
