Join our health applications branch in the AI SoundLab Team. Our health platform AI SoundLab includes a survey-like web application in Vue.js, which enables users to collect form data, video files and audio recordings from participants and transfer them to a backend via RESTful API. The content and structure of the surveys are defined using JSON files that are stored in the backend. Another part of the study platform consists of user and survey management. The frontend for this was created using Angular. To better integrate the Vue.js based survey frontend into the main platform, we now want to migrate it to Angular.
- Migrating a survey application frontend from Vue.js to Angular
- Implement look & feel based on the design specification and on the Angular-based UI kit
- Optimizing the frontend (performance, responsive design)
- Creating automated tests to increase test coverage and to ensure the achievement of the quality objectives
- Ensure compatibility with major browsers and devices (mobile, desktop)
Your Profile
- Frontend developer skill set based on a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or alternatively an IT apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in the domain of Angular 2+ development (ideally Angular 12/13)
- Profound experience with HTML, (S)CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful API consumption, and ideally some experience or good knowledge of Vue.js
- Good understanding of Responsive Web Designs and (nice to have) Progressive Web Apps
- Experience with creating unit tests, integration tests and ideally also end-to-end tests
- Experience with Git and continuous integration/deployment/delivery (CI/CD) systems
- Experience with issue tracking and collaborative documentation systems
- You have already worked in an agile development environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
