Your Tasks
You find the topic of artificial intelligence exciting and you would like to work for a leading international company? Then start your apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d) at audEERING.
- You will support company processes in the commercial area and support the following departments in handling the daily business: assistance and secretarial services, finance/controlling, human resources and marketing.
- In these departments, your tasks include organising, coordinating, implementing and reflecting on office and project-related processes.
- You work in a team and communicate a lot with colleagues and external people.
- Another part of your tasks is researching, preparing and presenting data and information, as well as
- Supporting and documenting staff-related tasks.
- And the use of booking systems and accounting instruments.
Your Profile
- Intermediate school certificate / secondary school certificate / A-Level certificate
- Interest in commercial activities and processes
- Fascination for AI
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Organisational talent and service orientation
- Enjoy working in a team
